Twelve pages of half-tone reproductions, with captions that depict the growth of the seaside resort in 1890. Cover has mild shelfwear, rubbed edges, cloth spine is torn through in several places - fragile but still attached. Pages are clean and unmarked. Last two pages have a tiny rubbed area at bottom caption. Good reading/research copy, excellent candidate for repair.
