Greenish-grey cloth cover with mounted color pictorial is frayed at corners and spine caps, toned, deterioration to spine cloth, and chips and tattering to color illustration. Boards and spine are straight. Backstrip amateurishly reglued. The only ex-library marking is "Property of The Log Cabin School" faintly stamped on illustrated end sheets and paste downs. Also a later owner's embossment in lower corner of front end sheet. Child's name in pencil on "This Book Belongs To " page. Pages toned with very sparse modest thumbing and a 1" tear in bottom margin of about 6 pages. But overall pages are clean and very good.
