This book tells the sad tale of a young woman who became involved with a married Saint John, New Brunswick architect in the late 1860's, had his baby, and was then murdered by him along with their child. He nearly got away with it. Ironically, he was hanged at the courthouse he designed. 219 pp. with Index.
