This is an early reprint of the Whitman Authorized Edition published approximately 1950 (based on the latest publication date ofother books in ads at back. Last published Roy Rogers book listed is "Roy Rogers and the Outlaws of Sundown Valley." A little edgewear, top corners bumped. Text is yellowing, but clean and unmarked. Roy's adventure starts when he and Trigger stumble upon a hanged man with a note pinned to him claiming to be a warning against trespassing from "Indian Pete." It's a mystery that he cannot leave alone till justice is done.
