Winans who published Second Coming magazine and was a close friend of Bukowski. The broadside is one of an unstated number of copies issued with Volume 18, No. 1 of Second Coming magazine. This copy differs from that listed in the Bukowski bibliography, which gives dimensions of 4 9/16 X 7 inches while this one is 5 1/2 X 11 inches.
