Postcard-sized, white card stock receipt for contribution to National States Rights Party, signed by co-founder, Dr. E. R. Fields. The recept has minimal wear and is about fine. The National States Rights Party was a neo-Nazi organization, opposed to racial integration. It was founded in 1950 in Knoxville, Tennessee by Edward Reed Fields and J. B. Stoner. This organization was one of many groups opposed to the Civil Rights movement. Eventually Fields became more involved with the KKK and Stoner went to prison for the bombing of Bethel Church in Birmingham. The National States Rights Party was defunct by 1987. This is an interesting bit of ephemera from the Civil Rights era. ; Oblong 48mo 3" - 4" tall; 1 pages; Signed by Author
