This is a Norwalk, Connecticut program for a Harambee Luncheon in 1977. It is saddle-stapled with a slightly stiff cardboard front wrap with black titles and B&W illustrations. The program has very light wear with some minor finger indents on the front. No rear wrap -- not sure if there was one or if the program was published without one. Overall, VG+ to NF. "Harambee," which means "to pull together" in Swahili was a traditional ceremony or community event in Kenya. In the US the National Council of Negro Women sponsored various Harambee events as a way to bring African-American women together.
