Book has only light, general wear and light aging. Jacket has had some, mainly short tears, reinforce with tape. One of these repairs on rear at bottom of spine is two inches long. The tape is on the outside of the jacket and is quite visible -- see scan. The colophon page states that this was a Limited Edition of 1250 copies. The copies were not signed. The book is signed on the ffep by Ray Canning who includes a greeting from the other editor. This book belonged to a member of the Cumming family who may have helped the editors with their research. The book consists of the letters of Elizabeth Cumming, who was the wife of Alfred Cumming the Federaly Governor of Utah in 1857-1858. The Cumming's were from Augusta, Georgia.
