Book has only very light, general wear and aging with mild interior toning on endpapers. There is a remainder mark on the bottom edge. Square and securely bouund. The dust wrapper has some light edge and corner wear along with scuffing on the front, one about quarter-sized near the top right. Without the larger scuff the jacket would be VG. As it is, it is G+ to VG-. The jacket is still quite presentable in a Mylar protector. This was Spark's first collection of short stories. The copyright date on the colophon is 1958 with 1960 on the title page. The book was actually published in 1960;1958 is the copyright date for the latest of the stories.
