This is a postcard-like folder/mailer, published by Roy Acuff to send to fans. It has some aging and soiling on outer surfaces along with generally light edge and corner wear with a few small surface creases. See scans. The interior folds out in accordian fashion and features pictures of Acuff along with the words and music to a number of his songs, including Wabash Cannonball, Precious Jewel, The Great Speckled Bird and and several more. The text says that Acuff is just over 30 years old, so I date this to around 1935.
