Stapled, pictorial wraps with full color image of St. Pete shoreline done in a rather impressionistic style. A former owner has written "St. Petersberg Fla. in ink across the top, though it is not especially intusive. There is also an old dampstain at the top center on the fold that has lightened the color on the wraps but is barely noticeable on the interior. There are a few minor stains on the bottom margins on the interior. For all these defects, this is still a very attractive brochure, folded down the middle, as was the custom, with vibrant colors and many photographs from the period, with a text extolling St. Pete as just this side of Heaven.I have never seen another copy of this brochure. ; Color and B&W Illustrations; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 23 pages
