Roger S. Baum is L Frank Baum's great-grandson, an Investment banker and author of short stories and another children's book, entitled Long Ears and Tailspin, before being approached by the International Wizard of Oz Club in 1987 to write original "Oz" stories. This trilogy, nicely slipcased, as well as having dust jackets, is about the adventures of a loveable group of creatures called SillyOzbuls whose look like pink balls of fluff. Familiar characters such as Dorothy, Toto and the Scarecrow appear. The books are illustrated by Lisa Mertins. Each has a bookplate signed by Baum and Toto (didn't know he was literate, did you) The first edition books are in fine condition, the slipcase has a 1" tear on the back.; Vol. 1/3/2022; Color ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 31,32,32 pages; Signed by Author
