String tied self wraps. If this had separate wraps, they are missing. (This could have been disbound from a hardcover book, but it does not look like it. ) It ends at page 112, following the Index. This last page is in the description of Otsego county, so there was probably another volume, or part of this one is missing. There is a stain that starts on the first page (Index) and goes through page 20 of the Report. There is some interior toning and/or foxing but not too bad. Some pages have creased corners. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 120 pages; This is part of the New York State Comptroller's Report for 1817. It begins with an Index which lists each NY county and the property that is listed in this Report. In the Report, property and ownership are listed for each county. Using this report, the properties and owners in many areas could be exactly established. There is really interesting information here, though the Report is not complete. It ends with Otsego County though the Index goes through Washington County.
