The volumes collate in agreement -- (Part 1 - 73 pp. , Part 2 - 137 pp. And Part 3 - 24 pp. ) with those of DeRenne II 745, but for the "Prospectus of Part II, one leaf, at end of Part I" not being present. Additionally an "extra" Part II is included. Pink printed wraps of Part I have some termite-looking holes which are not especially bad. Green printed wraps of Part II are G-VG. Part III has a general title on the wrap but the rear wrap is missing. The title wrap of Part III is signed "With the Respects of L. Q. C. Lamar." (Chappell was married to the daughter of Lamar. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; Contains much information on Middle Georgia, African-Americans, the Yazoo Fraud, etc. This is the most scarce copy listed in Howes C 300.
