The first European-Canadian settlers arrived in 1909." (Wikipedia) It is located in NW Alberta near the border with British Columbia. It is a small community of just over 2000 with small satellite towns. The first book gives a brief history of each community and some of its institutions along with family histories, usually with photos. The supplement adds in families not covered in the first volume.
