Very handsome cover design for this trade journal produced by Westinghouse. The back cover shows an image of Skyhooks for Television, a system of high-flying planes to act as television broadcasting and repeater stations, called Stratovision. The first article in the magazine tells the whole story. Other articles cover nuclear engineering, the electric torpedo, a simple single sideband carrier system, a moisture-proof insulation called Fosterite, 1000-KVA powered sleds, and the control of electric furnaces. There's also a section on new technology. Magazine is clean and bright with just a small bit of wear to the top of spine and measures 9"x10-1/2". It's one of those magazines which start at the next page number following the last issue, so I did the math and came up with 31 pages.
