This is a scarce little booklet published after the installation of the President James Garfield Memorial Statue in Lake View Cemetery in Cleveland, Ohio. There was one copy which came out in 1890, but it has only two pages of text. This later one debuted in 1894 with eight pages of text and two pages showing the state by state and territory contributions to the project which came to $134,755.70. Eventually it grew to $150,000. Following the financials the booklet is comprised of 16 photographs, one per page. I have attached the photo of the crypt. The book is hard cover and measures 6"x9". Photography is beautiful and booklet is very clean and tightly bound with no names or writing.
