Very clean, handsome booklet, soft cover with its own card dustjacket which is always an elegant touch. The booklet measures 6"x9" and has 31 pristine pages. Text is comprised of the transcript of a lecture by the author given at UCLA in 1964. He speaks of American holdings by universities of the important books of the category and era. But his emphasis, surprisingly, is not so much the flow of books from Great Britain to America as it is the overall survival of these books. If you collect books about books, this one's a good one.
