The Schooner La Petite; Journal of Captain Oscar B. Smith

Very nice booklet with lots to read. Originally appeared in Inland Seas, the quarterly journal of the Great Lakes Hisorical Society. There are 57 pages printed on quality coated paper and illustrated with a photograph of the captain at the front and his home and schooner on the last page. The booklet is oversized at 7"x10". The log was kept by the captain (who was also a shipbuilder) when he was 41 years old. The booklet is clean and tightly bound with no names or writing -- just two little chips to the edge of the front cover.
