The author begins his preface by stating that he became interested in the Arthur Little Report to the U.S. Army while researching for his dissertation on the Second Amendment. The material is divided into five parts: European and American Militia; Soviet Militia; Fascist Militia; Civilian Marksmanship Programs in the U.S. since the Arthur D. Little Report; and Conclusions. There is also a reprint of the Little report at back followed by notes. Booklet measures 6" x 9" with 89 pages, plus the notes and a bibliography.Booklet is clean and bright with no defect of note.
