Crisp, clean book with pristine pages and page edges. No names or writing other than having been SIGNED without inscription by both authors. Measures 8-1/2"x11" Illustrated throughout with vintage photos. Cover is fashioned of heavy pebbled paper decorated with much gilt and nice rounded corners. Printed on heavy coated paper. Binding is quite tight, so useage was minimal. It's interesting to note that this book was published at a time when the city of Cleveland was at a low point, having suffered the infamous fire on the Cuyahyoga River and great financial crisis. The purpose of this book and the others planned to accompany it was to shine a light on all that Cleveland had reason to be proud of in the hope that its future might be brighter. Terminal Tower of course was the place to begin, as its the most noteable building on the city's skyline. The text and numerous photos trace the building from 1923 when work began to 1980. Measures 8-1/2" x 11" pages. I have five more of these booklets minus the signatures.
