No previous owner markings - all pages are clean and unmarked. Inside front cover has a fold-out map of the ground floor of the Cairo Museum and the inside rear cover has one for the upper floor. All rooms are catalogued and have descriptions of the exhibits in each room. Preface has a small history of Egypt and a chronology which mentions the adoption of Christianity in 389 AD and the Arab conquest in 640 AD. Handsome vintage copy almost 100 years old. LOC SSE-06
