Vintage Hardcover with scarce DJ, Stated Second Printing Jan 1943 Pitman Publishing 692 pages. Very Good, in a VG DJ. Minor shelf/edge wear to light blue cloth boards with yellow titles - corners sharp. Moderate shelf/edge wear, dust soiling and a few closed tears to scarce yellow paper DJ with blue titles and illustration of a DC-3 on the front panel - now in mylar. No previous owner markings - all pages are clean and unmarked. This book was used in Detroit High School classes during WW2 to help train young men to fly. 14 chapters and 6 appendices plus an index. Filled with illustrations and diagrams. A very respectable and handsome vintage copy in the original DJ.LOC SSM-10
