Background color of DJ spine is just a bit sunned, but lettering appears unaffected. Else DJ is quite nice - no chips or tears. Slipcase surface has some light rubbing / soil. Top and bottom edges of slipcase rubbed. Worst flaw to slipcase is that a previous owner has written the title and authors name in marker on the back (closed) end. (yikes.
