On the front flyleaf, there is a nice gift inscription from a sailor on the U. S. T. B. Wilkes (Torpedo Boat) to his parents; dated 1904. Small foxed spot on page fore-edges. Small remains of a label on the front pastedown. Some foxing to the title page. Fairly light dampstain on the fore-edge margin of the last several pages. Else pages clean. A couple of pages of test, and then filled with large B&W captioned photographs.
