1682 English Land Lease / Indenture [England] [Britain]

Seventeenth Century English Land Lease, between John Worfotto() and Henry and Bernard Birmingham - on vellum. Witnessed by Thomas Wither, Lovelace Bigg and William Richardson. (Bigg *may* be the grandfather of William Blackstone.) Three wax seals present. Folded in sixths. Reverse is somewhat age-toned. "Title" in ink on outside fold is somewhat faded, and there is a small, later pencilled note there. Else, writing is bold, clean.
