Printed on the front cover is the admonition: "Private, Keep Under Lock and Key". Instructions printed on the inner front cover detailing the best ways to use to collect on bad debts. 6 of the bill collection forms (at the beginning) have been torn out, and with the details of the recipient on the remaining stubs. All other forms (>100) remain intact. No publication date, but the dates on the filled-out stubs start in 1927. Some rubbing, bumping to the covers. Pages just a bit age-toned.
