Canada Steamship Lines Menu [S.S. Huronic]

Menu for a Canada Steamship Lines passenger cruise on the S. S. Huronic. This is a single folded sheet on card stock. The outside is a color printed "Historical Map of the Romantic History of the route now taken by Canada Steamship Lines", and also has "Menu Canada Steamship Lines Limited printed on the front. On the left panel inside is information on the Canada Steamship Lines, Northern Navigation Division. On the right panel is the menu for Saturday Dinner. Printed at the bottom are the following names: Captain T. S. Patterson; Chief Engineer, H. H. Moore; Purser H. E. Johnston; Chief Steward R. J. James; Social Hostess, Mrs. J. B. Groshow. There is no date listed, but this is likely from the 1930's, as the Huronic was in passenger service until the 30's, and the names listed appear to have served in the 20's and 30's. There is some rubbing along the spine edge. There is a vertical crease down the middle of the menu, where it was folded at one time. Else perhaps just a bit age-toned, but clean. ; 25B
