Leather-bound, flexible boards. No dustjacket; the leather-bound edition was likely issued without one. AEG. SD. NAP. There is a gift-bookplate on the front pastedown; signed by the author, and to the author's son. Murray was a governor of Oklahoma, and member of Congress. 1/2" loss at the spine head. Some rubbing at the spine tail, and corners. Some light rubbed surface soil. The binding gilt is still fairly bright. There is a dedication pasted onto the page following the copyright page; likely a correction added by the publisher. The endpapers are age-toned. There are inked corrections on the "Bibliography" page, and on the page containing the 2nd Amendment; probably in the author's hand. Else the pages are just a bit age-toned, but clean. Some smoker odor. ; 26C; 8" x 5-1/4"; 158 pages; Signed by Author
