Beautifully designed art catalogue which is decorated with a wrap-around banner made of soft, velvety fabric printed in light blue. The text is in both GERMAN AND ENGLISH and is augmented with color photographs of good size. The catalog measures 9-1/4" x 11-1/4" and has 63 pristine pages. Wenzel Jamnitzer was a Renaissance era artist and mathematician who cast bronzes which are being appreciated in the 21st century. Catalogue includes an essay written by Virginia Spenle titled "Wenzel Jamnitzer and the Art of Life Casting When Ars and Natura Act Together". Very nice.
