There is also cracking of the surface color along the spine edges and at the top and bottom of the spine. This does not affect the binding which is square and secure with no tears or parting. Some interior notes on endpapers, in pencil. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 1384 pages; This is the Jewish Testament or Old Testament in Hewbrew. I cannot say much about the volume because the only English is the Chapter titles. I think this copy probably dates to the 1920's. I begins with Genesis and goes past Nehemia to Chronicorum which may or may not be Chronicles.
