Set against the Jacobite rising of 1715, it is very loosely based on the life of Scottish outlaw and folk hero Rob Roy MacGregor. Includes a preface by W. M. Parker, as well as appendix with Scott's introduction and a glossary of archaic terms. Entry 142 in Everyman's Library fiction series. --- In Everyman's Library larger format binding style 4.
